Re: 2003 CGI and 2004 - 2008 CHT Donation Programs
Dear Participant,
We are writing this letter in order to identify the remaining participants who have filed a Notice of Objection, have not accepted CRA’s Offer of Settlement AND wish to continue with their objection and/or notice of appeal.
Please identify yourself as WHI only has a partial list of individuals who have indicated that they have not accepted CRA’s Offer of Settlement.
Please notify us within 3-5 days of receiving this letter by going to this online form and submitting the required information:

Once we have received the number of individuals who wish to move forward by having representative test cases in a trial [which is currently scheduled for April 2018], we will be able to determine the per person cost required to fund the legal effort.
ANY PARTICIPANT THAT WANTS TO CONTINUE THEIR APPEAL, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION BY POSTAL MAIL. ANY FUTURE COMMUNICATION MUST BE BY EMAIL.
THEREFORE PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS - EVEN IF YOU THINK WE HAVE IT.
